1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the wool room, published by the developer of the wool room ("we", "us"). By using the game you agree to these terms. If you are a minor where you live, involve your parent or guardian and obtain their permission to use the game. If you do not agree, stop using the game.
2. Permission to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell or redistribute the game or its assets, remove ownership notices, or misuse the game unlawfully. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Game features and progress
The game requires no account and currently offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Supported Android versions include optional rewarded ads for hints or extra play time and may show interstitial ads between levels. Ads require a connection and may be unavailable. A reward is granted only when the ad provider confirms the qualifying completion; closing early or a failed ad may give no reward. Older versions without ads remain without ads until updated. Progress is saved locally. Clearing data, removing the app or losing the device may cause progress to be lost; any system backup or restoration is controlled by your device provider and settings. We cannot guarantee recovery. Virtual collections are game features, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or traded.
4. Intellectual property
Rights in the game's code, artwork, sound and other content remain with their respective rights holders. These terms grant permission to play, not ownership of the game or its assets. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licences.
5. Privacy and external pages
Our Privacy Policy describes local game storage, optional analytics, advertising in supported versions, support email and website hosting. Agreement to these terms is separate from any required consent to data processing. Opening a legal link launches your browser; use of the browser and hosting service is also subject to their applicable terms.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a working game, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or a game without errors. We may update or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
7. Ending use and changes
You may stop using the game at any time. Permission to use it may end if you materially breach these terms. We may update these terms and will change the date above; material changes will be communicated where required. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
8. Applicable law and concerns
These terms apply subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rules. They do not require you to give up a court or remedy available to you by law. Please contact us first if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it.

一、协议
本协议适用于由 the wool room 的开发者（“我们”）发行的 the wool room。使用游戏即表示同意本协议。如果你在居住地属于未成年人，应由家长或监护人参与并同意使用。不同意本协议时请停止使用。
二、使用许可
我们许可你以个人、非独占、不可转让的方式安装游戏，用于个人非商业娱乐。不得出售或再分发游戏及其素材、移除权利标识，或违法使用游戏。反向工程限制仅在适用法律允许的范围内生效。
三、功能与进度
游戏无需账号，目前不提供内购或订阅。支持广告的安卓版本提供可自愿观看以获取提示或额外时间的激励广告，也可能在关卡间展示插屏。广告需要联网且可能不可用；仅在广告服务确认满足完成条件后发放奖励，提前关闭或广告失败可能无法获得奖励。未含广告的旧版本在更新前不会因此加入广告。进度保存在本地；清除数据、移除应用或设备丢失可能造成进度丢失。系统备份和恢复由设备服务方与设置决定，我们无法保证恢复。虚拟藏品只是游戏功能，没有现金价值，不能兑换或交易。
四、知识产权
游戏代码、美术、声音等内容的权利由各自权利人保留。本协议授予游玩许可，不转让游戏或素材的所有权。第三方组件仍适用其相应许可。
五、隐私与外部页面
隐私政策说明了本地存储、可选统计、支持版本中的广告、支持邮件和网站托管的数据处理。同意用户协议与需要的数据处理同意相互独立。点击协议链接会启动浏览器；浏览器和托管服务还适用其相应条款。
六、可用性与责任
我们努力提供正常运行的游戏，但不保证服务永不中断或游戏完全没有错误。我们可能更新或停止提供功能。在适用法律允许的范围内，游戏按可用状态提供，我们不对使用造成的间接损失承担责任。本协议不排除依法不得排除的保证、救济或责任，也不限制你的强制性消费者权利。
七、停止使用与变更
你可随时停止使用游戏。严重违反协议时，使用许可可能终止。我们可能更新协议并修改上述日期；重大变更会在法律要求时告知，变更不剥夺你依法已享有的权利。
八、适用法律与问题处理
本协议受适用法律约束，包括强制性消费者保护规则，不要求你放弃依法可选择的法院或救济。有问题请先联系支持，以便我们尝试解决。
